Our company was established in December 2004 as a joint venture between FELS Offshore Pte. Ltd. (a subsidiary within the Seatrium Limited group) and Mitsui Bussan Steel Trade Co., Ltd., with the aim of providing integrated manufacturing, maintenance, and sales services for welded steel structures. In June 2009, Nippon Steel Corporation joined as an investor, leading to the current ownership structure.

RSJ is a global leading manufacturer of rack and chord for jack-up rigs—critical steel components to support the entire offshore drilling platform. RSJ possesses extensive expertise in the manufacture of large welded structures, supported by advanced fabrication capabilities such as large capacity bending rolls, automated welding machinery, hot blast furnace facilities, and heavy industrial machining equipment.

Today, RSJ has broadened its manufacturing scope to fabricate key components for steel plant equipment, renewable offshore wind power projects, civil engineering applications and continues to support both domestic and international business partners.
